Request access to DAF MultiSupport

To manage your DAF fleet’s MultiSupport portfolio, your company must already be registered with DAF.

This means that your fleet must include vehicles covered by DAF MultiSupport agreements.

New User – Gain Access

To request access, please send an email to dafmultisupportehv@paccar.com including the following mandatory information:

  1. First and last name
  2. Email address
  3. Company name (as shown on the DAF MultiSupport agreement)
  4. VIN/Chassis number of one DAF vehicle equipped with a DAF MultiSupport agreement

Important! Request with incomplete information will not be processed.

Existing User – Regain Access

If you are an existing user who has previously activated your account and logged into My DAF MultiSupport at least once, you can regain access by resetting your password.

Use the ‘Forgot password’ link on the login page (where your credentials are asked), then enter your registered email address to receive password reset instructions.
